Vusal Garibov

Vusal has been actively involved in public sector and protection of human rights in the country. He involved in non-governmental organization activities especially with independent domestic election organization named Election Monitoring and Democracy Studies Center during 2008-2020 and mainly cooperated as trainer, IT manager and coordinator of election call centre in presidential and parliamentary elections.

In 2021, with the support of the US Embassy, the IT SEC will lead a project to provide technical support and training for civil society, independent journalists, and human rights defenders under the name of lab.
